How Lisa Works
Lisa has three connected parts that take you from designing a conversation to acting on what you’ve learned:
Builder: This is where your conversations take shape. Choose from a wide range of languages and build your conversation flow with ease. The Builder has three key parts: the Moderation Guide, where you shape how Lisa conducts the conversation; the Preview, where you test and experience your conversation before going live; and the Dialogue Settings, where you can configure your dialogue’s setup - from choosing your research tools to AI features.
Manager: Once your conversation is ready, the Manager is where you launch it and keep an eye on your data. Monitor response progress, control data quality, and reach respondents by uploading contact files, connecting through CRM systems or email campaigns, or working with panel partners, all from one dashboard.
Visualizer: The Visualizer is the backroom of your conversations. Explore key themes, read consumer verbatims, track sentiment, and filter by any output variable in your conversation. Get a clear picture of what respondents are talking about and access higher-level insights instantly, all while the data is still flowing in.
